Have you ever noticed that as kids we made a big deal about leap year and that extra day that we get. But when we grow up that we don't notice it as much or lose track when leap year comes. I think that is a little fascinating. Also fascinating is that those leap year babies only get so few actual birthdays. I wonder what it would feel like to have my birthday on leap day. I would have the excuse of acting childish because I would only be still in single digits when in actuality I would be in double digits! Oh happy day! Since I am not a leap year baby I will have to get over it. Oh well. Happy leap day everyone!

When I get stressed, I mean really stressed, I find that I giggle. Like uncontrollably. It's only happened truly twice in my life where I started and couldn't stop for at least an hour. Today it threatened. I was giving a talk in church and I said something funny, the congregation giggled, then I started giggling back and almost couldn't stop to finish. Then the congregation started giggling more...aagh...it wouldn't stop. Luckily I finished my talk but I couldn't stop smiling through the rest of church. I suggest that when you get the giggles that you just giggle until it all comes out. Hopefully it won't be in front of a lot of people. Thought I would let you know. SMILE!
